Yes, you can pull a report that shows Sales orders, Invoice, and Ship date in QuickBooks Desktop.
Here’s how:
- Click the Reports tab and select Customers & Receivables.
- Choose the Transaction List by Customers and click on the Customize Report. Then, on the pop-up window, select the Filters tab.
- Remove all the current filter choices by clicking the Remove Selected Filter button.
- Once done, select the Ship Date and the date range under Choose Filter. Then, select Transaction Type and click the drop-down arrow to select Multiple Transaction Types.
- Put a checkmark for Invoice and Sales Order on the pop-up window. Then, click OK.
- Once completed, hit the OK button.
