Sales Tax Liability Report

When I first started on QB online, I was able to print the Sales Tax Liability Report.  (We started using QB online August 2018)  Just last week, I got an error message when I tried to print the Sales Tax Liability Report.  Error message states: "You don't have access to view this report".

I do have limited access to certain things in QB.  However, I'm wondering why all of a sudden I cannot print this report anymore.

Sales Tax Liability Report

Hi there, @HTSSigns.

Let me help figure out how we can resolve this error so you'll be able to view the Sales Tax Liability report.

Before anything else, let's try checking if this is somewhat related to browser issues. You'll need to log in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser so that we can verify if you can view your report from there.

Here are the following keyboard shortcuts depending on your browser:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you can view your Sales Tax Liability report, then you can go back to your regular browser and clear your cache.

However, if you keep getting the error message, you'll need to ask your Master Admin to delete your access and send an invite again. Let me route you to the following articles below for additional information:

Keep me updated how it goes. I'll be around to help you further if you have additional questions about viewing the Sales Tax Liability report.
