Save a customer statement as a PDF?

I need to save a customer statement as a PDF.  How do I do this?  I have QB pro 2018 desktop.

Thank you for joining the QuickBooks Community, Selisam13. Here's how you can save a Customer Statement as a PDF in QuickBooks desktop:


  1. From the Home Screen, select Statements icon.
  2. Add the specified statement dates and choose the customer or customers.
  3. Click Print.
  4. When the print statements screen opens, under Printer Name, use the drop-down and click Microsoft Print to PDF on PORTPROMPT.
  5. Select Print.
  6. On the Save Print Output As screen, choose the file name and click Save.

After the last step, your PDF will be saved on your computer and ready to be used at your disposal. Please don't hesitate to reach out back to me if you have any other questions. Keep me updated!
