QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Desktop have different functions and features, joeheatingair-gm.
That's why it works differently when you save an email to an attachment. Additionally, QBO uses the Browse and select method when attaching files.

- Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
