Save an email from Customer as attachment file?

How do you easily save an email conversation to an attachment for a customer. On Desktop QB it was drag and drop, QBO does not seem to have an easy way without saving it to a hard drive document first.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Desktop have different functions and features, joeheatingair-gm.

 

That's why it works differently when you save an email to an attachment. Additionally, QBO uses the Browse and select method when attaching files.

You can consider sending a request about the feature that you want. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Click Next to submit feedback.
