It seems that you're referring to the items/products not showing on the invoices you sent. Let's check your invoice template to make. It's possible that this is due to the column not added to the template.
Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
Find the template you're using and click Edit.
From the Content tab, select the table section on the sample form to edit the fields.
Make sure to check the Product/Service box. Tap Done to save it.
