Sent invoices, and no one received an the itemized statement

Sent invoices to all of our customers, and no one received an itemization as they had in past months.

Sent invoices, and no one received an the itemized statement

I'm here to assist you with your invoices, arleneemd.


It seems that you're referring to the items/products not showing on the invoices you sent. Let's check your invoice template to make. It's possible that this is due to the column not added to the template.

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
  2. Find the template you're using and click Edit.
  3. From the Content tab, select the table section on the sample form to edit the fields. 
  4. Make sure to check the Product/Service box. Tap Done to save it.

Once done, open the invoice and click the Customize button. From there, double-check if the right template is selected. If not, you'll want to select the correct one. 


Also, you'll want to send a copy to yourself to see if everything looks good before sending it to your clients.
