It seems that you're referring to the items/products not showing on the invoices you sent. Let's check your invoice template to make. It's possible that this is due to the column not added to the template.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
- Find the template you're using and click Edit.
- From the Content tab, select the table section on the sample form to edit the fields.
- Make sure to check the Product/Service box. Tap Done to save it.

Once done, open the invoice and click the Customize button. From there, double-check if the right template is selected. If not, you'll want to select the correct one.
Also, you'll want to send a copy to yourself to see if everything looks good before sending it to your clients.
