There is no current changes regarding the snap feature when using the QBO mobile app. You can also use this link to compare the available mobile features: Compare mobile app features.
I'd recommend updating the QBO app and the mobile's OS to the latest release. If the same thing happens after the update, you can clear app data and remove cache. You can follow the steps in this link: Troubleshooting Quick-Start Guide for the QuickBooks Online app.
