Some of my entered and saved sales receipts are not showing in "all sales"

I enter all the information needed on a sales receipt, select "SAVE" . it generates a sales receipt number, but.... that sales does not show up in my "ALL SALES ' , I can find it though a search using the just given sales receipt number only... I cannot add it to my "ALL SALES' very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.  

 

We can modify the Filter to locate the transactions you've created. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to Sales, then choose All Sales
  2. Choose the Filter drop-down menu. 
  3. Select the desire filter you want to modify example the Transactions, Status, and the Date. 
  4.  Click Apply

 

  

 

Once done, it will show all the transactions made on that date. It also shows you the type, customer, project, due date, balance, total, status and the action.
