Steps to move online payroll totals over to Desktop enterprise. Do taxes have to show paid? and how do I get the totals and how do I enter them into Deskttop

To export and convert your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data to QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise:

1. Set up the security settings in Internet Explorer.
2. Download QBDT and leave it open.
3. Go back to your QBO account and prepare to export your data.

However, there are certain limitations when converting your data. The Pay Period and Liability Period don't export. Those Paychecks and Liability Payments will export as regular checks.
