subcontractor reports

Im trying to run a report for subcontractors paid during the audit period. I've run multiple reports filtering on just subs but there are still a few that weren't listed that should definitely be there.

subcontractor reports

Hi there, @bluesbum.

To resolve data integrity issues within the company file, we'll need to run the Verify and Rebuild data in your QuickBooks Desktop. Make sure to close all existing windows.

To verify the data here's how:

  1. Go to the File menu at the very top.
  2. Select Utilities on the drop-down menu and select the Verify Data option

To rebuild the data:

  1.  Go to the File menu at the very top.
  2.  Select Utilities on the drop-down menu and select the Rebuild Data option.
  3. You will receive a warning message to backup your company file, press OK.
  4. Click OK when you get the message "Rebuild has completed".

Once done, you can filter the reports and check if the missing reports will show up.

You can read this article for more information: Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop.

Also, I'm adding this article on how to customize reports that you generate: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

Let me know if you have additional questions about working in QuickBooks. I’ll be right here to answer them. Wishing you the best.
