I am attempting to do a drill through report rendering of a tag group from the trial balance. Previously, I could pull up a trial balance, double click on the account I wanted to render a Transaction Report. I could then go to the drop down under Group By --> select the group I wanted to sort the transaction report by --> Click Run Report and the report would render. Now I get a dialogue box error message that reads: "Something went wrong. We are working on it." and a radio button that reads "OK". I called on April 7th at 1:04 CST and received an open case # and was told I would have an answer/resolution within 24/48 hours. It is Monday, 4/11/22 @ 12:45 CST and I still have had no phone call back. Anyone know what is going on or how I can get the report to render from the Transaction Report drilldown from the Trial Balance?

Thank you! I did call and the case # I had was blank and had not been properly escalated. No on to round #2 or case #2 and a new 24 to 48 hours. The customer support individual was able to see my issue and had no solutions for me. It is something that changed within QBO between March and April 2022.

The linkage to articles on how to run a report in QBO did not solve my issue. I am working with the investigations team to restore functionality that is no longer allowing grouping by tag groups in drill down transaction detail reporting.
