Welcome to the Community. I want to make sure you're able to view inactive customers.
To verify this isn't an issue with the internet browser, I recommend clearing the cache first. Over time the cache can get bogged down with older stored data, which can potentially cause viewing and performance errors in QuickBooks Online. Clearing the cache will force the system to refresh and get everything back up and running as designed. For example, if you're using Chrome, here's how you'd get this done:
1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
2. Select History, then History once more.
3. Choose Clear browsing data.
4. Change the Time Range to All Time.
