Hi sestelle295, 

 

You'll want to export or print your data after it's cancelled or after the account expires. Here's how:

 

To export

  1. Click Reports on the left menu.
  2. Search for and select the report you want to export.
  3. At the top of the report, select the Export icon. Then select Export to Excel.
  4. Save the file somewhere you can easily find, like your Downloads folder or your desktop.

To print

  1. Click Reports on the left menu.
  2. Search for and select the report you want to export.
  3. At the top of the report, select the Print icon.
  4. Click Print.

Concerns about subscription refunds are best handled by our Technical Support team since this process requires an exchange of information. They can pull it up within a secured environment and help you with your query. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
  2. Click the Help menu.
  3. Select Contact us.
