I can share with you the steps on how to add the shipping address to your customers' statements.
When sending statements to customers, the system only displays the customers' billing addresses. To include the shipping address, you can add the details under the BillingAddress section on the CustomerInformation window. I can guide you on how:
Sign in to QuickBooks, then click on Sales at the left pane.
Locate the customer's name, then tap Edit beside Newtransaction.
Enter the shipping address under the Billing Address field.
