I'll get you pointed in the right avenue in checking your phone number that was registered on your Intuit account. This way, a verification code will be sent to your new number.

 

You'll need to verify the phone number used on your Intuit account. It's possible that it was not updated yet that's why it's giving you the option to send the code to the old phone number.

 

Here's how to check and update it:

  1. Sign in to your Intuit account.
  2. From the left menu, choose Sign In & Security.
  3. Under the Phone section, tap the Verify link. Then, hit Change
  4. Enter your new phone number, and then click Save.

On the other hand, if the phone number is correct and the problem continues, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to check on your account and get this matter sorted out.

 

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? field. 
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Get a callback. 
  6. Enter your contact details. 
  7. Click Confirm my call

Thanks for the info!  I checked it there and it's correct but it's still showing the old one when I try and do the transfer..
