The QuickBooks Guide to Converting QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online

Hello, cheema4u2.

I can bring some clarity to your question about the specific features available in QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks Online doesn't have a report specific for Estimate to Actual type of reporting. What's available is only the Budget vs. Actuals. This compares your actual income and expenses with your budgeted amounts.

In addition, partial receipts that are applied against the single invoice cannot be transferred into QBO. What's imported in QuickBooks Online are list data such as Customer Information, Vendor Information, Accounts, and Products and Services.
