Also, you can check your browser's cache and cookies to ensure that it is not affecting 'the functionality of your QuickBooks.
Let me show you the steps to clear your browsing history.
If you're using Google Chrome, follow these:
- Open Chrome.
- At the top right, click the three-dot icon.
- Select More tools and choose Clear browsing data.
- Choose a time range and select All time.
- Click the box beside Browsing History.
- Click on the Clear data.

Once completed, try to reconcile your account again.
