If you're new to QuickBooks Payments, the default deposit speed is up to 5 business days for the first 1 to 4 weeks. This is to set up your account to avoid issues. This can be the reason why you still haven't receive the payment.
Once everything's good, it'll be much faster. You can follow these steps on how to check your deposit speed:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
- Select the Payments tab.
- Review the Deposit Speed section.
Also, you can log in to your QuickBooks Payments account to see the status of your funds:
- Go to Merchant Center.
- From the Activity Reportsdrop-down, select Transactions.
You'll want to reach out to our team if it's more than 5 banking days. That way, they can further investigate it and see what's the cause.
