Nice to have you in the Community space, @DCY.

I appreciate you for sharing the details with me. Rest assured I’m here to help and ensure to keep you in working order.

The name located at the top left corner of your invoice and estimate in bold print is your business name. Let’s go to your Custom Form Styles and change the name from there.

Here’s how to do it in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom Form Styles.
  3. If you have a template for the estimates and invoice, click the Edit link below the Action column.
  4. If you don't, click the New style button.
  5. Click the Content tab.
  6. Select the header of the template.
  7. Change your preferred business name under the Business name field. 3.JPG
  8. Then click Done.
  9. To set this template as default, click the drop-down arrow below the Action column and select Make default.

You can also refer to this link for more details on how to edit your invoice and estimate forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

You also have the option to import your own form styles to your QBO account. For the complete guidelines, check out this article: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.

If you have any other questions about personalizing your invoices in QBO, let me know in your reply. I’d be more than happy to back you up. Have a wonderful day ahead!
