This company is the worst! The fact that there is no way to contact a human directly is extremely frustrating. I have been charged for 2 accounts for the past 9 months

For the SAME business which I had to close due to COVID. To continue to not have a resolution is just adding insult to injury.

I understand that your concern needed and deserved a timely response, @MzInspirit.

 

I'll provide information on canceling your QuickBooks Online account. You'll be able to receive charges if your account is still active. To stop this you'll need to cancel your subscription.

 

 Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon. Select Account and settings.
  2. Go to the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. Click Cancel subscription or Cancel online from In the QuickBooks section.
  4. Select Continue to cancel and Continue to cancel again if prompted.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps and click Submit and cancel the subscription.
  6. Then click Got it.

 

If you're still having trouble, you may want to reach out to a member of the QuickBooks Online Support Team. An agent will be able to take a closer look at your account details and let you know where the charges are coming from. You can request a callback by selecting the Get a Callback option from the Help page. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu. Choose Talk to a human
  2. Enter your questions or concerns.
  3. Click Let's talk. Select Get a callback. Enter your contact details. 
  4. Click Confirm my call
