Sadly, it just keeps getting worse. Shortly, a "QB Team" person will show up and start by saying "This is not the kind of experience we want you to have". (or something super close to it)
Don't let them fool you. They are NO better than anyone else with the company.

I used qbooks successfully for several years. Service was relatively good. Now it beyond anything I have ever encountered.
No phone number to call.
No chance to get call back.
Chat support is waste of time.
Need to find an alternative - will let you all know when I can find something adequate.
Cannot relate to this enough. Been using IOP for years, loved the chat feature, my issues were resolved relatively quickly and easily. Now it is a stinking joke. Took me two hours to finally get in touch with someone, and when I did, they are having me fill out a vague form for a payroll change request. I asked, why is this so difficult now? I used to be able to chat in, tell you the problem and you fixed it. Intuit keeps charging more and more money for their services and the products keep getting worse and worse. It is appalling.
