Trouble integrating receipt bank

Thanks for joining us here, tushouck-gmail-c.

 

Are you getting an error that says  "please enter the correct verification code" when activating the Receipt Forwarding feature? Our engineers have already initiated an investigation to determine what's causing the error when activating the service. 

 

I'd recommend reaching out to the chat or phone support teams for them to ask for your account details. They will need them to add you to the list of affected users and receive a notification as soon as the issue is resolved. Here's how:

 

  1. Click Assistant in the upper-right hand corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Enter the same keyword (Talk to a human) when prompted. 
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select between Message an agent and Get a callback.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your receipts or attach the receipts to your expense transactions. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Transactions menu.
  2. Select a transaction and click on it.
  3. Go to the Receipt section and click Browse.
  4. Look for the receipt and click on it.
  5. Click Save.

Hi @tushouck-gmail-c , you can install receipt bank app from your QBSE or click link . Then go to receipt bank app, connection>integration>choose software>QBO. You could follow their education team too. Cheer
