When a browser stored a lot of caches, it could cause problems like latency issues. As an initial step, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.

Once signed in, go back and get your information from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main browser and clear its cache to remove the browser's history. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.

I had the same problem today, no clearing of cache or different browser would help. While I was on the phone with tech support, I hit the "back" button on the browser, and suddenly my info was there! Not sure if that will help in your situation, but worth a try. So while on the page with the spinning circle, hit the "back" arrow. Support didn't know why it worked, but it did. Fingers crossed!
