Trying to get w-2 p/r liability totals for each employee--how do I make a report for that?

To generate a report showing the total W-2 payroll liabilities for each employee.


Note: This feature is only available with a Payroll subscription.
 

Here’s how:
 

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.

2. On the left panel, click Reports.

3. Search for and select "Payroll Summary by Employee."

4. Select the correct Report period to view each employee’s liability breakdown.

5. If you want to save or print, click Export in the top right, pick either "Save as PDF" or "Print."
