Unabel to convert a est to a invoice? made 3 attemps for qb to call with no return call

Good Morning, @edsautocenter

I hate to hear that you weren't able to receive a callback from our Customer Support Team. But don't worry. I'm here to help get this problem handled as soon as possible.

To properly assist you with this issue, why are you not able to convert an estimate to an invoice? (Example: not able to see the Create invoice option, getting an error message, etc.) The more information I have on this issue, I'll be able to determine the best solution for your business.

If you're not able to see the Create invoice option in the "Action" column, then it could be because the estimate isn't accepted yet and is still pending or open. Here's how to update the status

  1. Go to the Sales tab.
  2. Choose the All sales section.
  3. Locate the estimate.
  4. In the "Action" column, select the drop-down and pick Update status
  5. Fill in the information and press OK when done.

Afterward, you can create the invoice from the estimate

  1. Go through 1-3 steps from above.
  2. Tap Create invoice in the "Action" column of the estimate.
  3. Fill in all the required details for an invoice.
  4. Once you're done, hit Save and SendSave and Close, or Save and New

Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help with this problem. Wishing you and your business continued success!
