I can provide you the steps to create and print a statement, but this is more than likely knowledge you're already very familiar with. For that reason I'm providing the steps to reach out support team so they can see what's going on in the account on the back end. Follow these steps to reach them.
- Open QuickBooks.
- Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
- We’ll provide you a few support options. Select which one is best for you.
