It's possible that piled-up cache in your regular browser caused this unusual behavior when trying to search your customer's profile from the Sales menu. You can clear your current browser’s cache to resolve this.
Go to your account by using a private browser or an incognito window, try to search the customer's name from the search field. This helps isolate the issue since it doesn’t store data in the cache. Here are the following keyboard shortcuts:
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
- Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P
