The option to add the Class or Tags column to the Unpaid Bills report is unavailable at t this time. Adding these items to the report would be a beneficial feature for many users. Let's forward this product suggestion to our developers so they can consider including it in future updates.
To send feedback:
- Navigate to the Gear icon in your company and choose Feedback under the Profile column.
- Type a brief description of your product suggestion in the field box.
- Click Next to submit.

Alternatively, open the Transactions by tag report to know the entries each tag is associated with. Also, run the Unpaid Bills report and Class report and then export them to Excel. From there, add the Class and Tags columns and manually enter the information for each one.
To open the Unpaid Bills Report:
- Open the Unpaid Bills Report and select the date range from the Report period drop-down.
- Click the Export/Print drop-down and tap the Export to Excel option.
To run the Class report:
- Navigate to the Gear icon in the upper right and choose All lists.
- Tap the Classes link to see more details.
- From the list, click the Run report link for each class to view the list of transactions associated to the class.
- Press the Report period drop-down and select the correct date range from the list.
- Click the Export drop-down and pick Export to Excel.
For the list of tags:
- Head to the Gear icon in the upper right and select All lists.
- Click the Tags link to display the list of all tags created.
- In the Tags and Tags Groups section, click the transactions link under the Transactions column to view the entries linked to the tag.
- Press the Printer icon if you wish to print the report.
