unrecoverable error 14313 58819

I navigate on inventory report , I have this message : unrecoverable error 14313 58819 and the quickbooks is close. Please, what I can do to fix this problem ?

Unrecoverable errors like the one you're getting are usually caused by various reasons such as the incomplete installation of an update (QuickBooks or Windows), data damage, or computer issues. You'll need to process troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue. 

 

First, let's identify how many users are affected by using a different log in credential to open the same company file. If the error only happens in one specific user, that user credential might be damaged. If so, recreate the damaged user. 

 

For a regular user is damaged, here's how: 

  1. From the Company menu.
  2. Select Set Up Users and Passwords, then click Set Up Users.
  3. Select Add User..., then type the user name and password. Do not use the damaged user name.
  4. Click Next
  5. Customize the user as necessary, then select Finish.
  6. Go to the File menu, then select Close Company/Logoff.
  7. Log in to the company file using the new log in credential.

However, if the Admin user is damaged, download and run the QuickBooks File Doctor
