Using QBO, is it possible to export a budget to Excel? If so, how?

Hi there, @sflaa1.

Yes, it's possible to export a budget to Excel in QuickBooks Online.

You can follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click the Gear icon on the top right.
  3. Select Budgeting.
  4. From the Budgets window, choose Run Budget Overview report.
  5. Click the Export icon and then select Export to Excel.

It will then automatically download the budget in Excel file format.

For reference, you can bookmark this article as your source on how to edit, copy, or delete budgets: Create and import budgets into QuickBooks Online.

In case you need a guide on how to customize and memorize reports in QuickBooks, you can check this article: Run reports in QuickBooks Online. It includes the steps on how to print, email, and export reports.
