Using QuickBooks Slef-employed. On the Invoices page, no invoices are showing. On filters I have "All" on status and date. I have 95 invoices that should be showing

Using QuickBooks Slef-employed. On the Invoices page, no invoices are showing. On filters I have "All" on status and date. I have 95 invoices that should be showing

I have details to share about the missing transactions in the Invoices menu, redf364167.

 

Our engineers have initiated an investigation to determine the reason behind the missing invoices in QBSE. Additionally, we have compiled a list of affected users so that we can notify them as soon as this issue is resolved.

 

I recommend contacting our phone or chat support teams. They will need your contact information and include you in the list of affected users. This way, you will receive updates on the progress of the issue and be notified as soon as it is resolved. 

 

Here's how to reach out to them: 

 

  1. Go to Help in the upper-right hand corner.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Let them know that your invoices are missing or provide INV-87908 as a reference, then click Let's Talk.
  4. Choose  between these options:

 

  • Chat with us 
  • Have us call you
