Vendor Quickbook payments not showing up on P&L report

I paid various vendors through their QuickBooks invoices and entered them in my QuickBooks online account with the appropriate line item number

However, when I pull Budget or P&L reports, none of the QB payments are listed.

I obviously am missing some setting. All payments made via check, PayPal or ACH are listed correctly.

All income received through QB payments also displays correctly.

How did you enter the bills? As A/P Bills?  What type(s) of accounts are used in the detail area of those transactions?

 

What type of transaction did you use for the payments? If not A/P bill payment checks, what type(s) of accounts are used in the detail area of the payment?
