We are having issues with opening an existing invoice/estimate as well as creating one. Is there a setting that we maybe turned on/off that caused this issue to start?

We are having issues with opening an existing invoice/estimate as well as creating one. Is there a setting that we maybe turned on/off that caused this issue to start?

I'm here to help determine why you're having issues opening an existing invoice. 

 

It is quite unusual that you can't open or create a transaction in QuickBooks. It's possible that this is a webpage or browser issue. Let's try figuring that out by logging in to QuickBooks using a private browser. Depending on your browser, here's how:

 

  • For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N.
  • For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P
  • For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N.

If this works fine with Private Browsing, we recommend clearing your browser's cache on your regular browser to start fresh. You can also try switching to other supported browsers or try an alternate computer. 

 

However, if you still can't open or create a transaction in QuickBooks, please contact our Online Care support. That have the tools to isolate this issue further.

 

Here's how you can get their contact information:

 

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose your QuickBooks Product.
  3. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
  4. Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.
