We are reconciling an account connected to online banking but one month is missing deposits and debits on QB. They show on back statement. How do we find those on QB?

You can manually update your bank account to refresh your QuickBooks. Here's how:

1. Go to the Banking Tab.
2. Choose Banking.
3. Click on the Update button on the Banking page.

You can also download directly from your bank, then import bank transactions using CSV file in QuickBooks Online.

If the transactions you just uploaded are older than your opening balance, you may need to edit your opening balance.
