We are using QB online. Is there a way to upload an excel worksheet instead of manually inputting an AP invoice?

If you are using QBO Plus, you can try importing them in bulk. Otherwise, consider utlize the 3rd party importer tool.

We're unable to import bills using an Excel in QuickBooks Online, Pwalsh1.

You'll have to enter them manually. Here's how:

1. Click the New or Plus sign (+) button.
2. Select Bill.
3. Fill in the necessary fields.
4. Click Save and close.
