We have a POS system that links to QB that auto posts. It hasn't posted since 5/08. When I manually post, it says there is an issue with QB preventing posting.

I want to ensure you'll get the right support who can help sync your POS entries into the program. 

 

The data QuickBooks receives is dependent upon what your POS system shares with us. Since each application has a different platform and works differently, I'd suggest contacting your POS provider. They can help fix this issue so you can get the missing transactions from 5/08 to reflect in QB. 

 

In case you're using our POS system integrated with the Desktop version, you'll need the assistance of our Customer Care Team. They can help double-check why the program prevents you to post manual entries and help resolve it. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to https://community.intuit.com/quickbooks-point-of-sale-desktop. 
  2. Under Other Options, click Contact us
  3. Get the phone number for Point of Sale

 

This will point you in the right direction, @tmcnutt
