We have an issue where a particular invoice refuses to send from QB. Can send others, even estimates to the same client, however when clicking "send", nothing happens?

We have an issue where a particular invoice refuses to send from QB. Can send others, even estimates to the same client, however when clicking "send", nothing happens?

Good day, OceanPlanet.

 

You'll want to delete and recreate the invoice. This is to determine whether the transaction is corrupted or damaged. Just open the invoice and click on the Delete button.

 

If you're still unable to send the invoice, I recommend running the QuickBooks Refresher tool to help fix common errors. I'll guide you how.

 

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the QuickBooks Tool Hub file and save it to your computer.
  3. Open the file you've downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

Otherwise, download and run the Verify and Rebuild tool. This helps detect any issues in your company file and corrects them.
