We have clients that pay with a health savings account card, but sometimes other clients' cards are denied. Does anyone know the reason for this? Can it be fixed?

I’d be glad to clarify why your clients’ health savings account card got declined.


At this time, QuickBooks payments accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX as payment options for customers. If you're using any of these cards, make sure that there are no special characters entered in the customers' address and enough balance to cover the charge.
