Hi there, @goldenruletreese.

You can export the lists of transactions, data, and reports to Excel and provide them to the new owner. Let me guide you how.

First off, let's export the lists of transactions. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click Sales from the left menu.
  3. Select All Sales.
  4. Click the Export icon.1.PNG

For the expense transactions, go to the Expenses menu, then click the Export icon.2.PNG

Then, you can export the reports and lists of data into individual Excel file. Please follow the steps below once you're ready:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Export Data.
  3. In the Reports tab, toggle the reports you want to export to Excel.
  4. Click Export to Excel.
  5. In the Lists tab, toggle the data individually to export.
  6. Click Export to Excel.

I've got you an article for more details: Export Reports, Lists, and More.

However, you can also consider @Fiat Lux - ASIA suggestion to use the exporter toll to export any data.
