We need to change our Admin manager (she is not with us anymore) and the system is not letting us do it. How can we do it?

You'll have to contact the Master Administrator of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, since she's the only person who can make any changes and transfer administrator rights to an existing user.

If there's no way to contact your former Admin manager, then I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. They have direct access to your account and help you further with transferring the role.

 

Here's how to get in contact with them:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click on Contact us.
  3. Enter your concern and select Let's talk.
  4. Then, choose either Message an agent or Talk to a specialist.
