We switched from QB Desktop to QB Online but are still being billed by desktop. How do we reach a human being to cancel Assisted Payroll since we don't have Desktop.

We'll help you contact our Customer Care Team to avoid being billed by desktop and cancel your existing Assisted Payroll subscription. These are the steps to get in touch with our team even without the use of QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT): 

  1. Click this link: Assisted.
  2. Enter your name and email address.
  3. Provide a brief description of your query.
  4. When you're ready, select the Start Chat button.

Login to CAMPS and cancel your Assisted Payroll subscription.

We switched from QB Desktop to QB Online but are still being billed by desktop. How do we reach a human being to cancel Assisted Payroll since we don't have Desktop.

Unfortunately, the chat feature will not work since I don't have Desktop anymore. The chat feature is answered by the Online group and the Online group can not help with Desktop issues.
