We uploaded our account from Enterprise to QBO. The Inventory Asset Account traveled over but the Inv Item did not. How do I set up Inv quantity without doubling asset?

Hi there, @jennifer-bonanno.

It's a pleasure to have you in the Community. I'm here to share some information about uploading or importing lists in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To make sure that I'm on the same page, have you only uploaded Chart of Accounts? If so, the inventory items aren't included and have a different process. You need to import them separately instead and map them correctly with the inventory asset account.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon at the top and pick Import Data under Tools column.

2. Select Product and Services on the Import Data window.

3. Click Browse on the Import Products and Services page and locate the file, then Open and Next.
4. Map your data. Make sure to choose their inventory asset account, then Next.

5. Hit Import.

That should get you pointed in the right track. You can also visit these articles for additional information:

Please let me know how it goes or if you're referring to something else. I'm only a post away should you need further assistance. Have a good one.
