We would like to update QB online for increase in shipping charges we charge by mile. Want to update table and affect all customers. Is there way to do this in QB online

You can send feedback if the feature that you want is not available.

Here's how:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top.
2. Click Feedback.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
4. Select Next to submit feedback.

Not what we are looking for. This is what we would charge customers per mile. Should be table to mass update and system would auto adjust delivery charge to customers based on mileage to location. 

Not what we are looking for. This is charge to customers. Should be table to mass update and system would auto calc updated delivery/shipping charge to customers. Is this possible in QB or is this another QB limitation. QB looks like good if do simple things but not much for accountants. Hopefully someone knows answer and can reply.  Thank you

Thanks for sharing your inquiry.

For now, you will have to manually calculate the shipping/delivery fee. Then, enter the amount in the Shipping field when creating an invoice or sales receipt.

If you don't have this option when creating the transaction, you can turn it on by following these steps:

1. Go to the Gear > Account ans settings.
2. On the left panel, click Sales.
3. In the Sales form content section, enable the Shipping option.
4. Select Save and then Done.
