I recognize how important every penny is to you, Dawn. I understand your concern about the price increase and aim to clarify the issue.
Beginning August 1, there will be a price increase for QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscriptions. The decision to adjust our pricing reflects our ongoing commitment to enhancing the features and functionality of QuickBooks Online. This investment allows us to continue delivering a robust platform that meets your evolving business needs.
Furthermore, QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Bill Pay subscription fees are charged at the start of your billing cycle, while Bill Pay processing fees are charged at the end based on the number of payments processed in the previous month.

I do not have any desire to cancel it because bills still need to be paid. I will definitely reach out to CS.
