What complete account type and detail type would we list an expense for paying an inspection vendor (to perform an inspection on electrical work that we did)

professional fee expense or licenses / fee expense,

or

the job expense account, or create an expense account specifically for that expense

just be consistent

detail type other business expenses, detail type is something intuit invented that just makes things more complicated, I use other business expense detail type for it all
