Hello there, @annamgomez18.

Quickbooks automatically track your business’s finances by the transactions you've entered or recorded.

However, you can run the customer and vendor payments. I'll show you how to do it.

Here's how:

  1. From the left menu, click Reports.
  2. Enter Transaction detail in the search bar, then choose Transaction Detail by Account.
  3. Select Customize in the upper right.
  4. Click General, then choose your preferred date from the Report period drop-down.
  5. Select Rows/Columns, then choose Customer or Vendor.
  6. Choose Filter.
  7. Select customer or vendor, then from the drop-down choose the person that you want to have the report.
  8. Click Run report.
