If you are on QB Online Full Service Payroll, is the OR-WR filed on your behalf? I'm new to Full Service and am having difficulty finding out which State filings are being done for me, and with end of year/quarter deadlines approaching, I certainly do not want to end up owing penalties for late filings. Specifically, I am looking for information pertaining to Oregon (W2/OR-WR, Trimet, and State Transit Tax).
Let me share some insights about the tax forms that we submit for you, AJBookkeeping.
These are the taxes and tax forms that we file on your behalf for the state of Oregon:

Hi KlentB, thank you for your response. I have been attempting to contact support and am unfortunately having a very difficult time reaching anyone. As of today my STT-1 and OR-WR are still not filed (due date is a few days away) and I have also just received notification that we have received a penalty for not paying or filing TriMet for Q3. According to our QB setup, we are not in the TriMet service area but I have now discovered that this is incorrect. I am beyond frustrated at this point and am looking for suggestions.

With the new requirement for 2019 in Oregon to file the OR-WR electronically in XML format, how are users supposed to get this information in that required format. With the deadline fast approaching its proving difficult to be able to file this per the online requirement in the approved format. It doesn't seem as if there is any 'worksheet' that can be converted to the required format like there are for the W2 & W3 to online filing.
Thank you for joining the thread, @TM1212.
To get the XML format for your Form OR-WR, it would be best to reach out to your state tax agency, This way, they'll be able to guide you further and instruct you on how to prepare the form.
Another option is to enter the information manually when filing the form directly to your state.
