What is the customer service phone number? I need to pause my subscription. It also won't allow me to remove my credit card. The only option that's offered is to replace

Although we won't be able to pause your subscription plan, you can cancel it and pick it back up. Don't worry, we will hang on to your data up to a year. So you can pick up where you started when you decide to come back.

Let's walk through the steps of canceling your subscription plan: 

1. Open the Settings menu, then choose Account and Settings.

2. Click the Billing ad subscription tab. 

3. In the QuickBooks section, choose Cancel subscription. 

4. Select Continue to cancel.

5. Follow the next set of steps. 

6. Hit Submit and cancel subscription.

7. Then lastly, click Got it.
