What’s the best way to connect an Apple Card to track expenses?

Hello there, quentsweeney. I'm here to help you record your expenses and link your Apple Card to QuickBooks Online.

To begin with, you can link your card directly by selecting the correct name of your bank.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions and click Bank Transaction.
  2. Select Connect account if this is your first time linking a bank account. Otherwise, click Link Account.
  3. In the Search field, search your bank's name or enter the bank's URL.
  4. Enter your bank login credentials on your bank's website and select Continue.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect.

However, if your card isn't supported in QBO, you can request support from your bank.

If you're unable to connect and would like to track your transactions to QBO, you can download a CSV file from your bank statement and then manually upload it to QBO. Please ensure you review the file format and size for successful import.

Additionally, you can categorize and match your entries to ensure they are assigned to the correct accounts and prevent duplicates.

Let me know if you have other questions about connecting your bank account. I'm right here to help you out. Have a great day.
