What versions allow posting billable expenses directly to an invoice? I've tried to follow the instructions for how to turn this on, and I've not been able to.

The Billable Expense feature is only available in QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced. If you're using Simple Start or Essentials, I'd recommend upgrading your subscription.

Once you've upgraded to Plus or Advanced, you can already:

1. Turn on the billable expense feature
2. Enter a billable expense
3. Add the billable expense to the invoice
